Konkan and Goa
Goa and the Konkan coast
The coast north of Kerala: Goa where it is still a village, and the Konkan above it, where very little has been built at all.
Most people fly from Mumbai to Goa in an hour. The Konkan road, which everybody skips, is the part worth taking: fishing villages, a sea fort, and a temple on the beach.
