Your details, and what we do with them

This website belongs to Scenic Escapes India Private Limited, registered in India (CIN U79110KL2024PTC090388), with its registered office at Pratheeksha, 364/3 Karunagappally–Alumkadavu Road, Charamuri Junction, Maru South, Karunagappally, Kollam, Kerala 690573. For anything about your details, write to info@scenicescapesindia.com.

When you fill in the enquiry form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, country, the places and dates you have in mind, how many of you are travelling and your message.

When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your message and your number or address.

We use your details only to answer you and to plan and arrange your journey. We do not sell them, and we do not send you newsletters.

When you book, we pass on what a hotel, boat or driver needs to look after you, such as names and travel dates, and nothing more.

The enquiry form is delivered by Resend, an email delivery service based in the United States, through its servers in Ireland, to our company mailbox, which is hosted by GoDaddy. Both may process your details outside India. You also receive an email confirming that your enquiry arrived.

We keep enquiries and booking records for as long as we need them to look after your journey, and for as long as Indian law requires us to keep our accounts.
