Office
This is our registered office, in a backwater village, not a shopfront. Please write or call before coming, so someone is there to welcome you.
Replies
We reply within a day, usually the same one. Monday to Saturday, 9.00 to 19.00 India time (IST).
In winter, India time is 5 hours 30 minutes ahead of London and 4 hours 30 minutes ahead of Paris; in summer, one hour less. So a message sent from Europe in the evening is read the next morning.
